The way we operate our swimming lesson program has changed. You will now need a barcode to access the turnstiles in the reception area.

You can access your barcode via the home portal using the following URL: https://activehalton.courseprogress.co.uk/login

This link can also be accessed via the Active Halton APP, on the home screen click:

  • Swimming
  • Child Progress Tracker

Then clicking the course progress link and logging in

You will need to register for a new account before you can log in, this is not the same account as you had previously for swimming lessons at Kingsway leisure centre so your previous username and password will no longr work.

To register for a new account you will need to be sent an activation email.

All customers have now been sent this email however some customers don’t have emails on their account or the email is incorrect so you may not have received it.

If you haven’t received your activation email, check with our reception team if we have the correct email for you on our records. The reception team can then resend the activation email to you.

You should receive an email from GoLearn with a link to access your account.

Customers should click the link and verify the account using either the child’s DOB or postcode.

On the next page you will need to scroll down past the log in section to the register section and register as a new customer.

This will then produce your barcode.

The barcode has been configured to allow access through the turnstiles 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the child’s lesson.

You will need to scan the barcode for each person going through the turnstile, one at a time. Otherwise the gates will sound an alarm and close.

For anyone who has more than one child on swimming lessons there is a add member button on the Go Learn account where you can add another child. You will need the child’s card ID, if you do not know this, our reception team can provide it.

Progress!

All swimmers progress percentage has been reset to zero, this was out of our control as we have migrated to a brand new system. We understand that this may be frustrating but over the next few weeks teachers will do their best to assess all swimmers and get the progress back up to near what they were on before. However, the way the new software works, the grading is slightly different so the percentage will never be the same as what it was before. Please bear with us whilst we try to bring this back in line with what the percentage was.

We really do appreciate your patience whilst the team adapts to our new home and the new systems of work.
