Start off with walking-fitness intervals

Increasing to walk-jog-run intervals over 8-weeks

Work at your own pace with a mix of exercises to help you walk, jog or run for fitness “Yes you can walk for 8-weeks” “Yes you can run as of week two”

Starts 25th April 2022

Every Monday & Wednesday 6-6.40pm

Attend all or any sessions (subject to weather conditions and bank holidays)

£10 for full course
