  • Gentle exercises to ease stiff or painful joints, stretch and strengthen muscles and improve mood and wellbeing

Beginners 50+ Yoga

  • Wednesday 2.30-3.30pm £4 Frank Myler Pavilion, Liverpool rd, Widnes WA8 7EZ (next to Ditton Primary school, Liverpool rd, WA8 7HD)
  • Yoga adapted and demystified to make this class accessible for all, including limited mobility. Chairs used for an alternative to floor work/kneeling, a truly mixed class, successfully encouraging men to enjoy the benefits of yoga

A Complete Yoga Practice

  • Wednesday 4.30-5.45pm £5 Barklafields, Dundalk rd, Widnes, WA8 8GJ
  • Based on Hatha Yoga, a mix of both calming and rejuvenating postures, soft, flowing, mindful movement, directed breathing and relaxation
