- Three-week introduction with Lynn
- Includes very gentle seated yoga
- Yogic Breathing techniques are used throughout to aid respiratory and mental recovery
- Some gentle yoga movement will cautiously introduce the body to movement
- Yoga Breath-work is recommended to assist Long-Covid recovery as well as many other illnesses including PTSD to ease the mental and physical effects of illness and life in general
- All students work at their own pace
