Yogic Breathing: Gentle yoga for recovery

  • Three-week introduction with Lynn
  •  Includes very gentle seated yoga (floor work optional)
  • Yogic Breathing techniques are used throughout to aid respiratory and mental recovery
  • Some gentle yoga movement will cautiously introduce the body to movement
  • Yoga Breath-work is recommended to assist Long-Covid recovery as well as many other illnesses to ease the mental and physical effects of illness and life in general
  • All students work at their own pace
