Halton Leisure Card (2026/27)
Dear Customer,
It is now time to renew your Halton Leisure Card.
As a Bronze or discounted family member, you are required to hold a valid Halton Leisure Card in order to maintain your current membership level. Your existing card is now due for renewal.
When renewing, please bring:
- A recent passport‑size photograph
- Proof of address
- Documented evidence supporting your eligibility
- The renewal fee of £5.20
Once you have received your new 2026–2027 Halton Leisure Card, you must present the physical card at the reception desk at either Brookvale Recreation Centre or Halton Leisure Centre so that a copy can be added to your membership account.
Please note, for the 2 adult discounted family membership, both adults must be entitled to a Halton Leisure Card and both cards must be presented at reception.
Renewing your Leisure Card alone will not automatically retain your Bronze / discounted family membership. Your discounted status will only be maintained once your new physical card has been presented at reception and a copy has been added to your membership account.
If you do not provide a valid 2026–2027 Halton Leisure Card by 15 April 2026, your membership will automatically convert to a Gold / full Family membership, in line with the terms and conditions, and the cost of your membership will increase to the full price of a Gold / family membership.

- Upton Community Centre
- Murdishaw Community Centre
- Grangeway Community Centre
