Both sessions are designed for older adults to improve mobility, flexibility and stability and last 45 minutes

Morning Movement

Simple exercises to improve mobility, overall fitness, balance and health.

This class can be done either standing or seated or a combination of the two.

The social component of a group class can be beneficial in forging new connections and may help to raise motivation.

Chair yoga

A gentle way to practice yoga without putting pressure on joints and help people who are not used to exercise to begin improving their mobility, strength, coordination and balance.
