Work at your own pace with a mix of exercises to help you walk, jog or run for fitness “Yes you can walk for 8-weeks” “Yes you can run as of week two”

Every Monday & Wednesday 6-6.40pm
Attend all or any sessions (subject to weather conditions and bank holidays)
£10 for full course
